The chickens we have raised are a slow maturing breed and have been reared from day old on the farm

 

Foraging amongst hedgerows and the fields by day, at night they roost inside their mobile shed where they are fed home grown oats.

 

Once humanely slaughtered on the farm, our chickens are carefully hand plucked and hung to improve the flavour and tenderness.
